1. Is there any limit to the amount i can order?

Earthology + Co. reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders that are places by the same credit card or orders that are placed to the same billing/shipping address. We will ensure to notify you if such limits are appplied. 

2. I received a damaged item. What now?

In the event you received defective or damaged merchandise, please email info@earthologyco.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return, to start the return process. Well make everything right!

3. What comes with my order?

All bracelets come with an Earthology + Co. suede Earthology + Co. storage bag and kraft packaging made from 100% recycled materials. 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Earthology + Co. accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal

5. Do i received a tracking number?

The tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order is shipped.

6. Where is the company located?

Earthology + Co. is located in Connecticut, home of the Uconn Huskies!

7. Do you have a customer service phone number?
