Turnaround

Earthology + Co. offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations.  Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Back-orders Handling

If a product in your order is on back-order, then your order may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. 

Order Tracking 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Returns

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 30 days of your purchase in order to arrange a return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back to our facility. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Once a return is received, the customer will receive an email notification and we will proceed to refund the purchase. If 30 days have passed since the original purchase and we have not received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

When will i get my refund or exchange?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
